Behavioral Activation is a therapy that has been shown to relieve or resolve symptoms of depression. This therapy will help you become more engaged with activities that can improve your mood. It will teach you ways to build personally rewarding daily activities, and ways to identify and achieve the things you value and enjoy in life. Sessions of Behavioral Activation are action-oriented and focused on problem-solving. For adults who are willing to look closely at how they engage with others and their environment.  Unlike traditional talk therapy, behavioral activation focuses on changing behaviors to improve mood and overall mental health. It empowers you to identify activities that bring you joy and satisfaction, gradually integrating these activities into your daily routines.

The Unified Protocol (UP) is an evidence-based treatment that cuts across diagnostic boundaries to focus on helping members learn to experience and manage strong emotions in ways that are consistent with their long-term goals. It is an emotion-focused cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT) that teaches skills needed to manage anxiety, depressive, and related disorders. This group is twelve weeks long and is structured group therapy. Each week’s meeting will be accompanied by readings and practice assignments. Sessions will include homework review and skill training.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (Group)

This cognitive behavioral skills group teaches participants the skills to improve difficulty falling and/or staying asleep. For adults with problems falling asleep and waking during the night/early morning. There are 5 weekly group sessions, 1.5 hours each. Sessions include facts about sleep, sleep scheduling and stimulus control, managing disruptive thought patterns related to sleep, relaxation techniques and sleep hygiene.
